1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Free standard shipping may be available for orders above Rs.30,000/-
- Large appliances may incur additional handling or freight charges, which will be shown during checkout.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
- Madhugiri Taluk only.
- For remote or restricted areas, additional charges or extended delivery times may apply.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available at the time of delivery:
- Our courier will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery.
- If the package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your appliances. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please inspect the item upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, notify the delivery person immediately and contact us within 24–48 hours.
- Claims made after this window may not be eligible for compensation.
8. In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order at our store location:
- Pickup available during business hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00PM
- You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
